Returns and complaints

RETURNS

The return can be made within 14 days from receiving an order. If you want to return any ordered products, please send the statement of withdrawal or a scan of it to: shop@modelina-home.com.

Clients may also print the form, fill the required information and include it in a shipment.

Return packages should be sent to: Modelina Home , ul. Grabowska 11, 63-522 Kraszewice, Poland.

Individual orders are not refundable.

The cost of returning the order to the store is paid for by the Customer.



The Seller shall return to the Customer received payments within no more than 14 days from the day of receipt of the renunciation declaration, with the stipulation that

the return of the payment may be suspended until the Seller receives the items.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints shall be filed within statutory time limits, to: Modelina Home, ul. Wieluńska 3, 63-522 Kraszewice or to: shop@modelina-home.com.

Return packages should be sent to: Modelina Home , ul. Grabowska 11, 63-522 Kraszewice, Poland.

The cost of delivery is covered by the Seller.

The complaint will be handled within 14 days from the day we receive it.

We will inform you by e-mail, or by telephone about the proposed solution to the problem.
